Artifact #1 for 21st Century Educational Leadership
We were asked to create a half day mock schedule for our school. I really enjoyed doing this assignment as we never really get the opportunity to design something that we would be using or would like to use. I prefer being able to learn from other teachers who have also been in the trenches and are still teaching who understand some of the obstacles we face.

Friday, April 20, 2017 – 7:15 am to 12:35 pm
7:15-7:45 am Welcome Breakfast - All Staff - Commons at Main
We will start the day with a breakfast bar, including fruit, muffins juices, and coffee
Welcome Introduction Speakers: 7:45-8:30
8:30-8:45 Break
8:45 to 9:15 Connect to a Digital Learning Framework using the 4 C’s As we move towards 1:1 and student centered classrooms, it is crucial for educators to embrace change and start to modify instructional practices to empower students to be future ready. With a device in their hands, students can take ownership of their learning and work individually and collaboratively as teachers facilitate an engaging classroom environment. This session will allow teachers to explore the use of 1:1 with components of critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity.
